What people usually ask before the intro call.

Do I need to know whether I want 1:1 or team breathwork?

No. The call is partly there to clarify that. You can come with a vague sense of what is going on, and we will map out what makes the most sense.

Is the intro call really free?

Yes. The call is free and lasts around 30 minutes. There is no pressure to book a session afterwards.

What happens after I book?

You will be taken to the booking page, where you can choose a time. After confirming, you receive the meeting details by email.

Can I book this for a corporate or HR enquiry?

Yes. If you are exploring breathwork for a team, company event, offsite or workplace wellbeing format, this call is the right first step.

Is breathwork medical or therapy?

No. Inner Shift Wellness offers non-clinical wellbeing support. Breathwork does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
