About Samara

I speak corporate. But I know people are not machines.

I am Samara Ruighaver, founder of Inner Shift Wellness and certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator.

Before this work, I spent years in fast-paced commercial environments, including demand generation at SAP, customer-facing roles and building my own ecommerce brand from the ground up.

No. Most people who work with me are new to Conscious Connected Breathwork. I explain everything clearly and guide you through the session step by step.
