Inner Shift Wellness exists for high-pressure professionals, founders and teams who are still functioning on the outside, but feel the cost of pressure in their body.
This is the gap I work with: not performance versus wellbeing, but performance that no longer costs your nervous system everything.

I am Samara Ruighaver, founder of Inner Shift Wellness and certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator.
Before this work, I spent years in fast-paced commercial environments, including demand generation at SAP, customer-facing roles, and building my own ecommerce brand from the ground up.
I know what it feels like to keep performing while your nervous system is quietly overloaded.
This is not vague wellness language. It is grounded breathwork for people who carry responsibility, pressure and constant mental load.
Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a continuous breathing rhythm to work with the body directly. The aim is not to force relaxation. The aim is to create enough structure, awareness and safety for the nervous system to shift.
Breath is one of the few systems in the body that is both automatic and conscious. In a guided session, we use it as an access point to stress physiology.
Pressure does not only live in your thoughts. It can sit in the body as tension, contraction, restlessness or heaviness. Breathwork creates space for that to move.
You are guided throughout. You stay in control. You can slow down, pause or return to normal breathing at any time.
Breathwork can be powerful. That is why the structure, pacing and safety of the session matter.
