Is previous breathwork experience required?
No. The session is designed for people with no previous experience. I explain the process clearly, guide the room throughout and give people permission to slow down or pause at any time.
Is this suitable for a professional company setting?
Yes. The approach is grounded, non-clinical and science-informed. There is no spiritual language, no performance pressure and no expectation that people share personal information with the group.
Do you provide invoices for corporate wellbeing budgets?
Yes. Invoices can be provided for team sessions, workshops and company wellbeing events. The exact format and pricing depend on the group size, location and session length.
How do on-site sessions work in Berlin or Breda?
We agree on the session format, group size and room setup beforehand. Participants usually need a mat or comfortable place to lie or sit. I bring the structure, guidance and music. For larger groups, setup requirements are discussed in advance.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork is generally supportive for many people, but it is not suitable for every health situation. Before a session, I share basic safety guidance and ask participants to let me know if there are relevant medical concerns. The work is non-clinical and does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
