Why breathwork is not just meditation.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active breathing practice where you breathe in a continuous rhythm without long pauses between the inhale and exhale. In a session, I guide you through the process so your body can move out of mental overdrive and into deeper awareness, emotional release and nervous system regulation.

Is breathwork the same as meditation?

No. Meditation often asks you to observe the mind. Breathwork gives the body something active to do. This can be helpful if you struggle to sit still, switch off or clear your mind.

Do I need previous experience?

No. You do not need previous breathwork, yoga or meditation experience. I explain everything clearly before we begin and guide you throughout the session.

Is this spiritual?

The work can feel meaningful, emotional or personal, but Inner Shift Wellness keeps the approach grounded, practical and science-informed. No crystals, no vague promises, no pressure to have a dramatic experience.

What is the 7-Day Nervous System Reset Workbook?

It is a self-guided digital workbook designed to help you slow down, check in with your body and build a simple daily reset practice. Each day includes a short breathwork-based exercise, reflection prompts and nervous system awareness questions.

Who is the workbook for?

The workbook is for busy, high-pressure people who want a practical starting point before booking a live session. It can be useful if your mind feels full, your body feels tense or you want a structured way to reconnect with yourself in short daily steps.

How much time do I need each day?

Around 15 minutes per day is enough. The workbook is designed to be realistic for a full schedule, so the practices are short, focused and easy to repeat.

Is the workbook suitable if I am new to breathwork?

Yes. It is designed as a gentle first step. You are reminded to stay within your own capacity, slow down when needed and return to normal breathing at any point.

Is the workbook a replacement for a 1:1 session?

No. The workbook is a self-guided introduction and reflection tool. A 1:1 session gives you live guidance, personal support and a held space for deeper breathwork and integration.

How do I receive the workbook?

After purchase, you receive access to the digital workbook by email. You can use it on your device or print it if you prefer writing by hand.

What to expect in 1:1 breathwork.

Who are 1:1 breathwork sessions for?

1:1 sessions are for high-pressure individuals, founders, professionals and people who feel mentally overloaded, emotionally stuck or physically tense. They are designed for stress regulation, emotional release and nervous system recovery.

What happens during a private session?

A 60-minute session usually includes a short introduction, grounding, Conscious Connected Breathwork, rest and integration. A 90-minute session includes extra time for journalling and reflection.

Will I lose control during a session?

No. You stay in control. You can slow down, pause, open your eyes or return to normal breathing at any point. My role is to guide the process and create a safe, steady space.

How many sessions do I need?

One session can already create a noticeable shift. A package of 3 or 5 sessions is better if you want deeper nervous system support, repeated integration and more lasting change over time.

Can I book a single session first?

Yes. You can book one session first and decide afterwards whether you want to continue. There is no pressure to commit to a package before you know how the work feels for you.

Bringing breathwork into the workplace.

Do you offer breathwork for teams and companies?

Yes. Inner Shift Wellness offers breathwork sessions for teams, small companies, founders, HR managers and workplace wellbeing events. Sessions can be delivered online or on-site in Berlin, Breda and selected locations.

Is this suitable for a corporate environment?

Yes. The approach is professional, grounded and non-clinical. I avoid vague wellness language and keep the focus on stress regulation, nervous system recovery, recovery after pressure and practical tools your team can use.

Do team members have to share personal things?

No. Participants do not have to share personal stories or emotional details. The session can include reflection, but sharing is always optional.

How long is a team session?

The core team format is usually 60 minutes. Half-day workshops and tailored wellbeing sessions are also possible depending on your company, group size and goals.

Can the workbook be added for team participants?

Yes. The workbook can be added as a self-guided follow-up resource after a team breathwork session, so participants have a practical way to continue the work privately.

Can you provide an invoice for a company?

Yes. Invoices can be provided for corporate breathwork sessions, team workshops and workplace wellbeing events.

Is breathwork safe?

Breathwork can be supportive for many people, but it is not suitable for every health situation. If you are pregnant, have serious cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, recent surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of severe psychiatric conditions, please contact me before booking and consult a medical professional where needed.

Is the workbook safe to use on my own?

The workbook is designed as a gentle self-guided resource, but it is still important to listen to your body. Do not practise while driving, cycling or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you feel dizzy, overwhelmed or uncomfortable, stop the practice and return to normal breathing.

Is this therapy?

No. Inner Shift Wellness offers non-clinical breathwork and wellbeing support. It does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or trauma therapy.

Can breathwork help with anxiety or burnout?

Breathwork may support stress regulation, emotional release and nervous system recovery. However, I do not diagnose or treat anxiety, burnout or medical conditions. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, please also work with a qualified healthcare provider.

What if I get emotional during a session?

That can happen. Emotional release is a normal part of breathwork for some people. You do not need to explain or perform anything. I guide you through the process and help you land safely afterwards.

What if nothing happens?

That is also okay. Not every session feels dramatic. Sometimes the shift is subtle: softer breathing, more calm, clearer thinking, better sleep or a feeling of more space in your body over the following days.

How much does the workbook cost?

The 7-Day Nervous System Reset Workbook costs €17. It is a digital workbook that you can use on your device or print at home.

How much does a 1:1 session cost?

A 60-minute 1:1 breathwork session is €85. A 90-minute session with journalling and reflection is €120.

Do you offer packages?

Yes. A 3-session package is €240, and a 5-session package is €375. Packages are useful if you want continuity and deeper integration. The 5-session package also includes the workbook.

How do I book?

You can start by booking a free 30-minute intro call. We talk about what you are looking for, whether breathwork is a fit and which session format makes the most sense.

Do online breathwork sessions work?

Yes. Online breathwork sessions can work very well. You join via Google Meet from a quiet place where you can lie down comfortably. I guide you through the session just as I would in person.

Where do in-person sessions take place?

In-person sessions are available in Berlin and Breda. The exact location or setup is discussed before booking.

What do I need for an online session?

You need a stable internet connection, a quiet room, water nearby and a comfortable place to lie down. Headphones can help, but they are not required.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, if you let me know in advance. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to move your session.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment details are shared after booking. For company sessions, an invoice can be provided.
